Vegetable Stock

When I have left over vegetables from a recipe and I don’t have immediate plans for them, I love to make stock to prevent waste.

Here are the ingredients for this stock that simmered for four hours:

Celery, carrots, onions, parsley, thyme, bell peppers, watercress, garlic and habenero peppers.

This stock will be great for a soup, sauce or a savory recipe that requires water, which this stock can be used instead for added enhancement of flavor.
