Seafood Pasta Marinara

Pasta Seafood Marinara

I saw this being made on the Food Network’s Diners, Drive-ins & Dives.

Here’s my version:

In a hot pan, add some oil. Add in seasoned scallops, lobster split tails and shrimp to saute. Add in some white wine to flambe. After the wine, add in the chopped garlic, fresh chopped tomatoes, chiffonade basil, salt and pepper to taste. Then, add in marinara sauce, cooked pasta and Parmesan cheese. Finish the dish with salt and pepper to taste if necessary. Garnish this seafood entree with chopped chives.

Variation: Instead of using regular pasta, I used wheat pasta and it was just as good.

This dish was delicious and well worth the cost of the fresh seafood.
