Simply Asian and delicious

I was once intimidated by bok choy. I now love this  great and tasty vegetable.  I sauteed these baby bok choy with canola oil, ginger, garlic, salt and pepper for 5-7 minutes before serving.

  1. Bok choy is nutrient rich vegatable and ranks high on Joel Furhman’s ANDI Food score. I love to add a dash rice vinegar in addition to those ingredients while sauteeing baby bok choy.
